Metal wire sieves produced by Telas are widely used as standard testing components for laboratory measuring instrument. We offer not only micron wire cloth test sieves but also rigid steel mesh sifting screen with big yet also accurate openings to suit various sifting and sieving conditions. Woven mesh test sieves work for all types of laboratory particle size analysis, mainly used in metallurgy, abrasive, construction industries and research lab for precise classification of the minute granule materials. For example, certified sieves may be used for pharmacy testing. Sieves should be used with care, cleaned regularly and stored in a safe dry place. To avoid chemical corrosion, we recommend the use of stainless steel sieves for most lab test sieves and grading sieving materials. Telas also offers perforated plate sieves and stainless steel and brass sieve cloth for making of sieves of various levels.
Only the highest quality wire mesh cloth materials with precise openings are used. The sieve diameter sizes are 38, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 315, 350, 400 and 450 mm, as well as 3, 8, 12 and 18 inches.
Woven test sieves can be supplied with aperture sizes ranging from 125 mm down to 20 µm and in full or half height versions.
The test sieves are available in frame materials of either brass or stainless steel with larger diameter sieves also available in plated steel. Other materials and sizes can be produced to order.
Telas woven mesh sieves are used as grading sieves, sifting sieves, sand screening and grain sieves. They are available to every national and international standard.
